Oni-eggs! Nick’s latest kitchen creation. Texas sweet and red onion rings, caramelized. Then crack an egg into the middle, and voila! Add a little salt, pepper and paprika. They’re super easy to flip if you’d rather have them over easy instead of sunny-side up.
